Landmark Development Corporation, formerly Mayco Construction, has been building homes in the Santa Clara, San Mateo and Santa Cruz Counties for over 30 years. We specialize in Custom Estates, Residential Properties, and Condominiums & Townhomes.

We have built over 200 Single Family Homes, over 600 Townhomes (over 20 different Townhome communities) and over 145 Condominiums (over 5 different Condominium communities).
